Dear Friends, i booked one plot from starmarketing & paid all 499000 PRs but now khayber socity demanding more 80000 Prs for development charged. at the time of booking star marketing told that & even in their advertisement these 499000 including all development charges. i contact with star marketing they told that it is not in our control.

please if some body give me the advice. i am thinking to put one case agaisnt star maeketing as i have all their advertisement copies & all receipts. if we allotoes standup together agaisnt their more & more illigle demands.

I booked 5 marla plot in F block from stat marketing. as agree all payment cleared & but this bloody company still not handed over even no any develop in this block. when we check the development from phone call the telling lie. their behavior is also not good. my suggestion never make any deal with these fool people of starmarketing

I along with 3 other freinds booked plots in 2008 thru star marketing, and have paid what we agreed on booking. society has not demanded any additional fees from us. Payments are complete, and we only owe 50000 for possession charges. not sure why they are demanding these extra charges from you.?

it will be better if you can sell it at same price you purcased. society has no main entry, and they are very slow in development. in addition they demand more amount from allotees time to time etc. its a problem with such developers always.

dear all

i have invested in this project a huge amount in 2004 , but still i am worry about this project, because now they r demanding more & extra amount from the people for devolpment.

extra amount r not possible for every memebr beacause people already lost their princiaple amount due to devaulation. now they also send the people & warned that they will be change ploat location if paymenta not deposited, which is impossible . no one can cancelle/ chanage the location in any private /public houing scheam. the society also have no main entry, due to which people r not...................................

It is still in G-11 Markaz. It just moved towards the end of the corridor from the middle where they used to receive payments before on the same 2nd floor. They have been in G-11 markaz for more than a year now. Before that, they were in G-10 Markaz in Souk-Al-Hashir plaza on 1st Floor. Their telephone number is (051) 2110255.
