Safari Valley since a lot of construction activity currently going on. Go for a minimum 7 Marla plot in Safari Valley.

What would be the best option to invest in Phase 8 Bahria Town Rawalpindi for long term like 5 years. A 10 Marla plot in Sector A thru P or Safari Valley 5,7 or 8 Marla plot in Umer, Usman, Ali or Rafi Block?
